Every renovation we quote starts the same way: you show us the villa, we tell you what we see and what it is likely to cost, and only then do we come and measure. Six years of renovating villas in Bali have taught us that a short video of each room answers most of the first questions — where the water gets in, how old the bathrooms are, how the villa is reached from the road.
How the Villa Inspection Works
Photos or a video on WhatsApp
One short clip per room, the outside walls and roof if you can reach them, and a location pin. We reply the same day with a first read and a ballpark range.
On-site inspection within 48 hours
A site manager visits, measures every room, tests for moisture, sounds tiles and timber for hollows and checks the roof, pool and electrics. Owners abroad can join by video call.
Written scope and fixed price
You receive a line-by-line scope with materials named, a fixed price, a payment schedule tied to milestones and a start date. Nothing starts until you approve it.
What to Prepare Before We Visit
- A list of problems — leaks, cracks, damp patches, anything that stopped working — with where and when you notice them (after rain, only in the wet season, all year).
- What you want to change — the rooms, the look and the budget range you have in mind; reference photos help.
- Plans if you have them — the original drawings or PBG documents, especially if walls or the roofline may change.
- Your booking calendar — for rental villas, so we can plan the works around guests.
