What We Do

We renovate, remodel and restore villas across Bali — from a single leaking bathroom to a complete gut-and-rebuild. Under one roof we cover design and permits, structural and roof repair, waterproofing and painting, kitchens, flooring, pools and outdoor living. Because the same team handles structure and finishes, the responsibility for the whole villa staying dry and sound sits in one place — ours.

Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes — we operate as a registered building contractor in Bali and handle the PBG building approval where renovations require it. We are happy to work alongside your notary, architect or villa management company.
Do you work with foreign villa owners?
All the time — a big share of our renovation clients own leasehold or company-held villas and live abroad. Written scopes keep the project transparent, with photo updates so you can follow the work remotely.
What size projects do you take?
From a single bathroom to a full gut-and-rebuild. The same standards apply to both — we just scope and price to the job.
